Returns Policy

You may cancel your order any time within fourteen (14) working days, beginning on the day after you received the goods. We will refund the price of the goods in full and will reimburse you for the delivery costs you paid except where multiple items have been ordered and not all of them are being returned. However you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us. If a refund is payable to you we will process the refund as soon as possible, and, in any case within thirty (30) days of the day you give written notice of cancellation.  You can also cancel an order before it is dispatched to you, however you must inform us immediately after you placed your order.


How To Cancel Order

To cancel an order, you must inform us in writing or by email through Customer Services. You must also return the goods to us as soon as possible at the address below, intact and in their original packaging and at your own cost and risk.

You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the goods while they are in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, we may have a right of action against you for compensation. This applies to all goods that are returned.


PayPal Refunds

If you used PayPal to complete your order and want a refund to your PayPal account you must inform us of this and get a return authorization number for credit back to your PayPal account. Alternatively, if you return your goods and have paid with PayPal, the store could give you a coupon (in-store credit) with the same value of the goods, where you'll be able to purchase any other goods up to the value of the returned goods.

Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Defective Goods

If you return goods claiming they are defective, we will examine the returned goods and will notify you of your refund via email within a reasonable period of time. We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case within thirty (30) days of the day we confirm via email that you are entitled to a refund for defective goods.

If a refund or reimbursement is payable to you, we will transfer the money using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase or by other means or under any special requests you make to us.

Any orders for personalised goods are non-returnable. Some goods are non-returnable for hygiene reasons. Shrink-wrapped items that have been opened cannot be returned. Please note that this does not affect your statutory rights.  If you have returned the goods to us without their original packaging and are not defective because you were unhappy with the goods without informing us first, i.e. opened and in excellent quality working order, we will not accept the goods and will return the goods back to you in the same manner we received it.  In this case we may ask you to pay for the shipping costs involved in this.

If your return is shipped after the timeframes indicated above, we regret that we cannot issue a refund.
