Order Status

This is used to modify user details and to view past and present orders.

Registered Accounts only

Log into your account first by clicking on the ‘Login’ link at the topr left hand side menu.

To see your order history, you can do either one of the following: (a): click on the ‘My Orders’ link at the top left corner of any page. (b): click on the ‘My Account’ link at the top left corner of any page and then select the ‘Your Orders’ tab. (Guest accounts do not have the option to do this). See “Account Details” below.

Guest Users (unregistered accounts only)

Note: You do not need to be a registered user to access your order history, although we advise you to become a member if you wish to order products again.
Please click on ‘My Orders’ on the top left hand side menu. On the next page, please enter the following data:

Order Number
Secret Key

You will find these numbers in your invoice that was sent to you via email when you first made the purchase.

List Orders: To See your Order Information (past and present)

Here you’ll be able to see everything to do with your order including address, personal details, shipment details, payment details, ordered products and order history. Please check your order. You won’t be able to edit account details here as you need to log in if you have a registered account. See “Account Details” below.

Account Details (Your account details page): (for registered users only via 'My Account' link)

Shopper Information: Here you can update/edit your email address, name, phone, billing and/or shipping information, if different.

Your Orders: Here you’ll be able to see your order(s) at a glance and in detail, whether past or present. See “List Orders” above. This is the preferred method of viewing orders if you have more than one (1) order.
