You may cancel your order any time within fourteen (14) working days, beginning on the day after you received the products. We will refund the price of the product(s) in full and will reimburse you for the delivery costs you paid except where multiple items have been ordered and not all of them are being returned. However in this case you will be responsible for the cost of returning the product(s) to us. If a refund is payable to you, we will process the refund as soon as possible, and in any case within thirty (30) days of the day you give written notice of cancellation. You can also cancel an order before it is dispatched to you, however you must inform us immediately after you placed your order.

How To Cancel Order

To cancel an order, you must inform us by email through Customer Services. A representattive will respond to you as soon as possible.

You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the products while they are in your possession during the cancellation period. If you fail to comply with this obligation, we may have a right of action against you for compensation. This applies to all products that are returned.

PayPal Refunds

If you used PayPal to complete your order, then a refund will be credited back to your PayPal account. Alternatively, if you return your products and have paid with PayPal, the store could give you a coupon (in-store credit) with the same value of the products, where you'll be able to purchase any other products up to the value of the returned products.

Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Defective Goods

If you return products claiming they are defective, we will examine the returned products and will notify you of your refund via email within a reasonable period of time. We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case within thirty (30) days of the day we confirm via email that you are entitled to a refund for defective products.

If a refund or reimbursement is payable to you, we will transfer the money using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase or by other means or under any special requests you make to us.

Any orders for personalised products are non-returnable. Some products are non-returnable for hygiene reasons. Please note that this does not affect your statutory rights. If you have returned the products to us without their original packaging and are not defective because you were unhappy with the products without informing us first, i.e. opened and in excellent quality working order, we will not accept the products and will return the products back to you in the same manner we received it. In this case we may ask you to pay for the shipping costs involved for this.

If your return is shipped after the timeframes indicated above, we regret that we cannot issue a refund.
